Few terms in bioinformatics which seems funny to the Audience

Bioinformatics terms and software's are quite interesting and seems funny to the layman audience. Some funny words and software names I noticed so far are MEME, BLAST,FIRE
MEME
MEME stands for Multiple EM for Motif Elicitation is a software tool for searching signal in a biological DNA sequences.MEME searches for repeated sequence patterns that occur in the DNA or protein sequences. It actually finds DNA or protein motifs. To the audience who are not familiar with the bioinformatics they think MEME could be a cartoon character or a facial expression.
In general meme is an idea, style or behavior that spreads from person to person in a culture or society.
MEME
BLAST
BLAST stands for basic local Alignment search tool.It is a Bioinformatics tool used for the local alignment of DNA , nucleotide and protein sequences. It also finds similarity by comparing sequences with already present sequences in the database e.g NCBI database.
In  general BLAST is a weird word which means explosion or some sort of explosion which creates destruction.
On birthdays people always wish others by saying "Have a blast my friend" to them they think of it as enjoyment and celebrations but we bioinformaticians  always think of sequences , their similarities, matches, mismatches  and so on .
Or sometimes we say "Lets BLAST it"..
People always ask what are you going to BLAST???
FIRE
FIRE is a motif discovery and characterization program based on mutual information. Bioinformatics is an extraordinary field, the terms and names of its software tools predicts that it is a rocket science. In reality it is not a rocket science. When people hear the word FIRE they think of it as a burning sensation or think of it as a discharge of bullet from a gun/weapon.
If you are familiar with few more words, then share it..
